bug#392: marked as done (coreutils isn't building df)

In HEAD, coreutils is not building or installing df when it is built
for the singularity DESTIMG.  I believe that this is the only tool in
the coreutils suite which it is skipping, but there may be others as
well.

df was not getting built because autoconf was unable to find methods for
listing and getting space usage information for filesystems.  Caches have been
updated with correct values for GNU/Linux with glibc 2.3.x.
