Someone should write to John Cagle <[email protected]> and have him
confirm the text Nick and I added.  It seems that it is safe to ship,
as I know from personal knowledge of FSG that they license their
documents freely and surely will license this one that way; however,
confirmation should be gotten for 2.1.
