bug#296: contact info, web pages for Grant Erickson

  Y'all misspelled his email address;  good thing I looked.  WHat I did 
  was type his name, and the name of the package, together into Google.

  I found his website:

  His email is:
       Grant Erickson / [email protected]

  Though the website was last updated in Dec 2001.  The tarball as found
  there claims version 1.0.0d which matches our version number and our
  upstream.  The Makefile at top level, the .c file at toplevel simply
  state that it is (C) Grant Erickson.  The redhat spec file which he
  provides states Public Domain.  I agree with the assessment that he
  should be asked if he intended to declare it not-his-but-the-public's
  or if he feel sthe words Public Domain represent a particular set of
  license terms (which should be stated) that he would enforce via 
  circled-c Copyright.
