I replied to that bug report with the exact URL which you should use to
make the website check out a garball for you on the spot.  Please read
it. or, use the CVS browser on the website and read the whole page.

ANONYMOUS PSERVER has a security bug and has been deliberately shut off.

We have not had any invasions, but are near release and cannot afford
any screwups.
