I'm using a pay-per-minute wireless link in New York City right now,
so having to wait a long time for the CVS server in order to do
checkouts and commits is really annoying me. This reminds me that it
would be very useful to have the CVS server on a link which was
routinely fast to access.

Gargoyle is now on an SDSL link, which is full-duplex and low-latency,
even during sustained 80KB/sec transfers.
