E. P. Scott noted that the "Run" command doesn't work in the hackedbox
menu, because it can't find bbrun.

I axed the Run command, which was pointing to bbrun (which was never on
the image that I could tell).

Also, the menu was cleaned up a bit.  xterm and rxvt were put together
under terms; xminicom and clipboard were also made available through the
menu.
