I have just tried the 27 Feb 2003 test release.  It looks great so far.

I have a serial mouse.  The X assumes a PS/2 mouse.  I was able to make
it work by
changing the symbolic link /dev/mouse.  Maybe startx should probe for a
mouse or
ask where to find it.
