bug#345: lspci looks in /usr/local

Package: pciutils

lspci looks for pci.ids in /usr/local/share, and doesn't find it there
(because /usr/local isn't a symlink to /). Therefore, lspci can't
find pci.ids and doesn't display human-readable names for PCI devices.
