In order to be able to build the stunnel package in the chroot environment
the BUILDDEPS need to specify openssl. (BUILDDEPS = crypto/openssl)

If not make complains:
<snip>
openssl req -new -x509 -days 365 -nodes -config ./stunnel.cnf \
        -out stunnel.pem -keyout stunnel.pem; \
test 0 -eq 0 || openssl gendh $RND 512 >> stunnel.pem
/bin/sh: openssl: command not found
openssl x509 -subject -dates -fingerprint -noout \
        -in stunnel.pem
