bkuhn should forward Mark Lord's message where he vaguely indicates
that by "freely redistributable", he means "BSD license".  Mark is not
terribly interested in having a licensing discussion, it seems, so
that documentation will probably have to do and is surely good enough
(i.e., Mark doesn't like wants it to be Free Software and doesn't want
to spend time on it).

... and that's good enough for me.  We have received this code
from Mark Lord under the terms of the BSD License (2-clause, most
likely, since that's the "BSD License" as of the date he wrote
that mail.

I've updated the package to match.
