We need to update the documentation to describe recent changes and
reorganizations, like the separate bbc-provided package instead of
meta/lnx-bbc/bbc-provided.

In particular, I'm talking about the documentation which we provide at
the top level and on the web site for the benefit of people building
and customizing a BBC.
