bug#366: minicom may want default configuration file

Package: minicom

minicom is resorting to compiled-in defaults because it can't find the
default configuration file (dfl).  If we included a sample dfl
configuration file, it would be easier for people to see how to
reconfigure minicom.

This problem isn't very serious if users know to invoke minicom with
the -s option, which they might or might not remember.
