Package: pcmcia-cs
Version: 3.2.3
Severity: wishlist

We need to patch the pcmcia-cs source tree with some better drivers for
wireless cards such as the hostap source or the linux-wlan-ng drivers. The
current driver set has issues with the aironet dirver in ad-hoc mode as far
as changing frequencies and also some advanced features. Also, the catch-all
driver, orinoco_cs, doesn't work well on Prism2 cards. It also suffers from
the inability to change channels and function in Monitor mode, etc.
