You got an md5 for that? I get ae983a760e6dadef3737c7ac6afc821c
for the file I downloaded.

I'm asking because . . . it didn't boot successfully for me.

The little tux-adorned boot image icon came up when I held down
option at boot. When I selected it and hit the right arrow to
continue booting . . . nothing. Gray screen, for several
minutes, after which I gave up waiting and rebooted.

This on a 600 MHz G3 14" iBook.

somewhen I had an image that I think Paul had made that also
failed, but in a more interesting way, in that I think I at
least got to a yaboot prompt. More recently, I burned a copy of
the 2003-07-13 knx-pcc, which did boot (but only with German
keyboard support). If I stumble across either of those, I might
be able to make a more meaningful comparison of the failure
modes, but it looks to me that not even yaboot is getting
started.
