Knoppix on USB information [[email protected]: Re: [syslinux] USB boot]

This might be useful (although I'm sure people who have played with
USB booting have already seen this or similar information).

I still don't have any machine that can boot from USB, although I do
have a nice 64 MB pen drive.  If I had machines that could boot from
it, I would be eager to have an LNX-BBC on it.
