	GAH!  I just figured it out.

	We build in /var/tmp.

	It's tmpreaper!  The licenses are rsync'd over, and preserve
modification/access times etc.  Since tmpreaper is one of the last few
cron.daily jobs to run, it usually starts blasting away stuff around
6-7am!

	Ha ha.  I am teh champion.
