Subject: LNX-BBC should include smartmontools

They're great for diagnosing and repairing failing hard drives, which
is a good thing for an emergency boot CD to be able to do.

E.g. "smartctl -t long /dev/hda" will make the drive test itself and
report the first sector with an uncorrectable error. Then you can fix
that one (with dd) and retry. "smartctl -a" will show a bunch of
useful information about errors and the disk, including the LBA of
the last five or six uncorrectable errors.
