The script that generates these is available at
http://arch.lnx-bbc.org/~nick/tla-rss (and that will be kept up to
date with the latest version).
The script is also in the scripts--gargoyle-bin branch on
gargoyle. so you're all encouraged to set up cron jobs that RSS up
your own branches so that we can keep track of satellite development.
I'll probably set up a planet instance on the main Web site
once I find more time (I've already used up my alotment for today, and
then some). Then we'll have a universal aggregation point for all the
branch update stuff.
