	Hooray for module-init-tools.

	I'm taking intensive Japanese right now, but one of the things
I'd like to do when I have free time is merge all of the appropriate
changes from stable up into the research branch (NUVs, documentation
changes, etc).  I may make an integration branch in a couple weeks and
try to comb all that stuff out.  If anyone would like to try and
tackle this while I'm still wrestling with particle-based grammar and
ideographic character sets, there's a big report of all the
differences between the two branches up at:
