I would like to run setiathome application but SMP seems not to be in the
kernel. The TOP command does not show cpu1, cpu2, etc. I booted linux-bbc
on a system that normally has redhat 9 smp and tried running two seti
applications. Each got %50 so smp is not working???

Can anyone make any suggestions? Where I work we have on occasions, racks
of dual athlons & xeons http://tinyurl.com/5uhd9 they have no disks and I
would like to burn them in by booting a cd with 2 or 4 seti programs for the
few months we have them before shipping them out. Could the rh9 smp kernel
be copied over to the bbc release? I am no expert on linux.

..thanks in advance..
