bootable system with crypto keys

hi, I'm new to lnx-bbc (just downloading it now!), but I have an idea which I'd
like to run by you.

What I want to do with it is burn a modified distro on multi-session CD-Rs,
and on the 1st boot it should start up crypto programs such as ssh and gpg to
generate crypto keys (or else let you load existing ones from hd / fd)
and then burn the keys onto a second session of the CD-R.

The idea is to provide to the masses a secure portable environment for internet
crypto apps such as e-voting, reputation systems, private online storage, etc,
which require strong crypto on the client side, and for which windoze cannot be
trusted.

Burning multi-session wastes a bit of the CD for lead-in and lead-out,
hopefully we could squeeze it in.  I think the coolness of having it in your
wallet outweighs the extra stuff one could put on a full-size CD!

Does this sound like a good idea?  Any feedback would be appreciated.

On another note, has anyone made a nice soft "sleeve" for their lnx-bbc to
protect it from wear and tear in the wallet?  I imagine that would be useful :)
