Boot failed

Hi guys, I'm trying to get Lnx-BBC working, but I'm having some problems. When the screen comes up and lets me choose what I'd like to boot to, no matter what I pick it always gives the same error message: Boot failed: Please change the disks and press a key to continue. I've never worked with any OS other then Windows, so sorry for my stupid question. I don't know what they mean by 'change the disks'. I'm booting off a floppy, and the CD with the isos are in the drive (the CD works). I also did the 'x prompt' thing but no luck.
