Did you check the md5sum of the iso you downloaded to make sure
you go the whole thing intact and inviolate?

I suspect either that, or your overclocking tripping up the
computation demands of cloop.  I know my 900 MHz AMD
processor-based system can be a little fussy, and that's without
any overclocking.
