hi there, i just found bbc linux and wanted to write it on a business-card cd. but cdrecord refuses me to do so for some reason. the cdrw writes all other media very nice, for some reason it simply has problems with small cdr-media. i get the same problems when trying to write one of those mini-cds. is there a special trick to write those things with cdrecord? thanks in advance, toskala the cd writer: Host: scsi0 Channel: 00 Id: 04 Lun: 00 Vendor: YAMAHA Model: CRW2100S Rev: 1.0H Type: CD-ROM ANSI SCSI revision: 02 copy and paste what i do, and what i get: -- toskala@gatecrash toskala $ cdrecord -v -pad -overburn dev=3D0,4,0 speed=3D8 bbc-lnx.iso=20 Cdrecord 2.01a14 (i686-pc-linux-gnu) Copyright (C) 1995-2003 J=F6rg Schilling TOC Type: 1 =3D CD-ROM scsidev: '0,4,0' scsibus: 0 target: 4 lun: 0 Linux sg driver version: 3.1.25 Using libscg version 'schily-0.7' atapi: 0 Device type : Removable CD-ROM Version : 2 Response Format: 2 Capabilities : SYNC=20 Vendor_info : 'YAMAHA ' Identifikation : 'CRW2100S ' Revision : '1.0H' Device seems to be: Generic mmc CD-RW.
