http://www.linux.org/dist/list.html lists a number of 'live' cd distros, including LNX-BBC, DamnSmallLinux, Flonix, MEPIS, Morphix, and others. Seems comprehensive.
A negative to this site is that their distro-site links are not updated, as w/ Flonix at time of this e-mail.

LinuxQuestions.org (=LQ.org) has a separate VectorLinux subforum.
Not certain if this was previously mentioned.  

BTW, at least one thread in the LQ.org Linux-Distribution Debian subforum has +/- "discussions" of Debian-based liveCD distros Knoppix, MEPIS and Morphix.
