I maintain a GX260 with the same chips running Debian.  The ethernet 
driver has been in the kernel source since 2.4.20.  If you want it for 
older versions(like LNX-BBC 2.1), Intel has the driver.  GAR can get the 
package if you custom make it and modify meta/bbc-contents/bbc-contents 
if you use 2.1.  Custom compiling a CD for 2.0 took me about 5 hrs and 
almost 5G on a P4-1.8.

Video should be VESA compliant.
