I'm not blaming the techs. Sure, they screwed up. I don't care about that. But the company should just eat the cost instead of making coreboot pay or shut down the server. It's trivial to them, and a pain in the ass for us. It's complete bullshit that they'd do this. The company should do better. This is crap customer service, and we both know it. They deserve to be called out for that. People should know that they're happy to screw their customers over when they screw up.
