Release of bluez-gnome-0.19

Hi Folks,

this is the nineteenth release of the gnome package for BlueZ. It adds
support for file sharing and file receiving over Bluetooth via the
obex-data-server. It also includes a new Tango friendly Bluetooth icon.

Please keep in mind that the obex-data-server needs to support the new
API and thus a snapshot from its repository is needed. Once the version
0.2 has been released this should be all good. These changes were needed
to improve the security with file transfers.
