Release of bluez-hcidump-1.10

Hi Folks,

I released a new version of the hcidump package. Actually this is only a
bugfix release. It fixes many small things in the L2CAP parser code and
updates the autoconf and automake routines to work better on other
architectures.

The sources can be found under http://www.bluez.org/download.html
