[Bluez-Announce] bluez sdp 1.3 released

I've released version 1.3 (and hopefully the last of version 1) of SDP.

There are no changes since yesterday morning. In case you missed it here
is the relevant part of the Changelog:

ver 1.3
        Fixed invalid read/free/mem-leak in sdpd (valgrind)
        sdpd ignores SIGPIPE
        Fixed incorrect unitSize in allocation of SEQn and ALTn
        Add support for headset profile
 
Unless you have a problem related to the above, it's probably not worth
upgrading.

This version of sdp is now in maintenance mode. If you have any feature
requests for version 2, send them to me.
