Release of bluez-libs-2.11 and bluez-utils-2.11

Hi Folks,

I released new stable versions of the Bluetooth library and also the
utilities. These releases contain mostly fixes and updates for existing
functions and programs, but also some enhancements in the library and
the tools.

Besides these things there are two experimental features. The dund now
has preliminary native mRouter support and the hidd can switch on the
encryption if you connect a keyboard.
