Release of bluez-libs-2.17 and bluez-utils-2.17

Hi Folks,

I released new stable versions of the Bluetooth library and also the
utilities. With these releases it is now possible to store and delete
the stored link keys on the Bluetooth chip itself. And the hidd stores
its HID information now on the filesystem which makes the reconnect
phase a lot faster and allows buggy devices like the Sony Ericsson K700i
fully work as a HID mouse or keyboard.

The storage place now depends on ${localstatedir}. This means that it is
always a good idea to provide --localstatedir=/var to configure. All
package maintainers should keep this in mind.

Besides this there exists now three new programs. Two of them should
never be part of any binary package. These are bdaddr and pskey. The
first one is for changing a Bluetooth device address and the second can
change specific persistent storage settings of CSR chips. These tools
are for developers and not for end users, because it possible to render
a Bluetooth device useless with them. The third one is the dfutool for
the firmware upgrades.

For the sdptool it is now possible to give it a --raw switch to change
the output to a full RAW view of the attribute tree. And the new records
command makes it possible to scan for a specific range of known record
handles. For non-Symbian phones from Nokia this reveals a lot of hidden
service records.
