Release of bluez-libs-3.4 and bluez-utils-3.4

Hi Folks,

this is an update release of the new stable versions of the Bluetooth
library and the utilities. It contains fixes for another couple of
issues of the D-Bus based API.

It is a bugfix release and to increase stability I would advise
everybody to upgrade to this version.
