Release of bluez-gnome-0.6

Hi Folks,

this is the sixth release of the gnome package for BlueZ. It fixes the
status icon appearance and adds an application for changing the
Bluetooth settings.

With this release all application names are prefixed with "bluetooth" to
avoid any conflicts with BitTorrent applications.
