Release of bluez-libs-3.9 and bluez-utils-3.9

Hi Folks,

this is an update release of the new stable versions of the Bluetooth
library and the utilities. This release contains bug fixes and improves
the stability of the D-Bus based API.

Compared to the previous release it also contains a completely reworked
service framework. The previous service framework was still marked as
experimental, but the new one is meant to be stable and more intuitive.
The service agent concept has been removed and replaced by an activation
service. The Bluetooth core can now automatically start services that
are placed under ${libdir}/bluetooth/ and have a service description
file at ${sysconfdir}/bluetooth/. The echo service is an example of such
a service implementation.

The authorization framework has been adapted to work with the new
service framework, but it is still marked as an experimental feature.

This release also reduces the number of needed daemons. The SDP server
is now also included in hcid and can be activated with a command line
parameter. In that cases it is no longer needed to start sdpd at system
boot. The configure script has an option to disable the compilation and
installation of sdpd.

The hcid daemon has always used GLib compatible function to provide a
main loop. It is now possible to either compile all daemons against the
system wide installed GLib or use the included embedded GLib (eglib).
