Release of bluez-libs-3.10 and bluez-utils-3.10

Hi Folks,

this is an update release of the new stable versions of the Bluetooth
library and the utilities. This release contains the final service API
and new service implementation for various Bluetooth profiles.

With this release it is possible to deprecate pand, hidd, sdpd and
rfcomm utilities. The new network, input and serial services are
replacing these daemons. All of the services will be started by hcid
automatically at boot time or dynamically when needed. 

The new services are not compiled and installed by default. They need to
be enabled via configure. For packaging purposes it is important to
create a new init scripts since the only daemon that needs to be started
now is hcid.

The serial service provides a convenient way of connecting to RFCOMM
based profiles and then create a RFCOMM TTY for easy use.

With the input service the HID client and server has been combined into
one daemon. It provides a fully integrated way of handling HID and an
easy way to create and connect new devices.

For networking support the PAN server and client has been combined into
a network service. It supports NAP, GN and PANU roles and configured
access points will be also available after reboot.

The audio service provides a first implementation of the headset
profile, but it can only be used in embedded systems like Maemo or
OpenMoko where SCO traffic is routed over the PCM interface. Future
version will fix this limitation and provide SCO over HCI support.

Some parts of the API specifications are still marked as experimental,
but that will probably change with the next release.
