Release of bluez-hcidump-1.8

Hi Folks,

I released a new version of the hcidump package with support for the
Bluetooth 1.2 HCI commands and events and the credit based flow control
information of the RFCOMM protocol are now decoded.

The sources can be found under http://www.bluez.org/download.html
