Audio service with Skype fails

Hi everybody,

just tried out the new audio service and it works fine with
aplay/arecord. Great job besides, it's a lot less complicated now than
its predecessors. :)

However, when I select the ALSA bluetooth device in Skype and make a
test call (or click on the options button), it connects and
immediately disconnects about 9 times to the headset and then fails.


I'm using
SUSE 10.3
bluez-utils 3.18-12
alsa 1.0.14-31.2
skype 1.4.0.99-suse


The ALSA tools give the following output:
