I'll reply to my myself as it is solved. It works with this setup : I'm using current cvs for bluez-libs and bluez-utils on Mandriva 2008.0. Profile must be "voice" for capture (not "auto"). I have to use force_scofix option for my dongle. Pairing must be done. Maybe one of these conditions was missing before, but i'll re-check with cooker kernel too...
