Using laptop for hands-free conversation

Good day all,

I am trying to find information, especially around the various
bluetooth profiles in order to make my laptop behave like a bluetooth
headset for hands-free calling. I would like to be able to make a call
using my mobile phone, but have the audio in and audio out captured
from the laptop's mic, and replayed through it's speakers
repsectively. Quite some time ago a similar facility was available in
Mandriva with the KDE desktop, but it did not work too well. I have
not seen anything like that to date.

Any input feedback will be greatly appreciated.
