bluez-utils-3.27 transfer service

I noticed that the transfer daemon is not being built in this version of 
bluez-utils (bluetoothd-service-transfer). There is a directory, and files, 
but no binary is made. All the parts are in the Makefile, just commented out 
for some reason. Is the transfer service removed?
