Nmap done: 3 IP addresses (3 hosts up) scanned in 2.33 seconds

Sometimes all show no-response, and but sometimes have all show
the 252 work, but then another run gets no response.

Not sure what would cause this tll issue?

My system has default ttl set to 64, but changed it to 255, but still
get random results?

Perhaps this might tell someone something.

Did just have a random git clone just work?
