Yes, I confirm to you. There are rules, BUT those rules aren't what
you are used to believe they are. Stop putting labels on people,
especially when they are doing something that you do not understand
and you are not willing to understand but "judging". It would be more
probable that the whole world burns down in ashes that YOU can
establish rules. And it is quite clear, by now.
