It seems I don't receive mails from Roberto anymore, so I missed something here. Maybe it's because I added him to my ">/dev/null" rule. Too bad. It's a French telco company (hence the .fr) that proposed free for-life email accounts for a few years in the pre-DSL era. I'm French and old, for that matter, with a bit of taste for free-for-life things. That would explain. And yes, this is me, Emmanuel Deloget. I don't know why gmail put this email as a spammer. It has an history that, I think, predates even gmail (I have used this email since year 2000, and most importantly, I have used it to collaborate with multiple open source projects since then, including gtk2, openwrt, busybox, openvpn and may other smaller projects (with one stupid contribution to the kernel that was not well-tested and that backfired later ; mistakes happens :/)). So, no, I'm not a spammer. I think that gmail flagged this because I failed recently - I built a lengthy response to Roberto in what I though was a message to the list, and I only sent it to Roberto. My mistake. I believe that either gmail thought that emailing some person I was not in contact with from a mailing list I rarely post to was probably to start a spam campaign, or that Roberto reported me as a spammer. Or something like that. Either way, it's dumb. Roberto, if you ever read this, you are free to consider that I'm a spammer. I'm not, but I don't really care about anything you think or say anyway.
