There are many ways to do that. Assuming you have already cloned one
repository locally, you can add the second server as a remote, then
compare using git diff:

cd your-existing-repo
git fetch
git remote add mirror [email protected]:vda-linux/busybox_mirror.git
git fetch mirror
git diff master mirror/master

This is just one way, there are many others. I suggest reading some
git tutorials to better understand the concepts involved (working
copy, remotes, branches, trees, etc.)
