(Could be a cron job > updating it, or similar.) Just know that my git pull on both busybox.net and the mirror site failed the other day, with a message that the following lines needed to be added to fix the issue. Think there was an update to git on system. Adding the lines to the two git pull script fixed the program and it was able to download from both trees. Then just saw that the busybox.net tree had a couple update, but mirror was showing the older tree. Don't know if the mirror clone/pull progress may be getting the same message and failing to update the tree. If it is a cron process the error will likely not be seen by anyone for some time. Have generally, seen if busybox is update the mirror has always had the same updates. Well, hopefully, some with much more knowledge on git, can determine if it is noting and well resolve itself, or will require something simple like adding the line to my scripts did for me. Thanks for the reply. busybox.net has these 3 new patches. <244c0a01e> 2026-05-14 [Denys Vlasenko] testing stripts: allow to skip "awk gsub erroneous word start match" test <0309c0298> 2026-05-14 [Denys Vlasenko] hush: placate warning: 'print_pfx_escaped_nl' defined but not used <8fc70b52e> 2026-05-14 [Denys Vlasenko] tls: use bb_simple_error_msg where appropriate > > The mirror on microsoft github offers web browsing of the history, but > git.busybox.net is the cannonical repository you can pull from according > to https://busybox.net/source.html .
