Thanks for info. But on the main busybox.net web page, the links 
without the href work just fine. I only did it to make the dead link 
scan on my copy of it to give a 100% clean scan. 

On the busybox.net site those links would work fine with or without 
the reference. Mainly looking to get rid of the 40+ 404 errors that 
are on the main web page. Guess one could just ignore the 404 
errors to the dead links, but think better to fix issue.
