No, he wasn't. When Peter wrote "It looks like you forgot to push the 
git tag, could you do so?" to Denys, Peter was asking Denys to push the 
git tag, exactly what that message said. Nothing more, nothing less. It 
has absolutely zero to do with broken links or with the cgit web 
frontend being down.
