Jason By looking at the code it seems to me that the limitation of one segmet is architectural. There is some serious coding involved to make it multi-segment. Jason Ferrero would be a great developer for this feature, or Amit Shah,too. Jason, Amit? ( the 2.4.31 version from gentoo finnaly worked) Now here goes the question, On the website for migshm it states that programs can only use one shared memory segment, but that this is fixable. Has anyone looked at it? I have a program that i need to run on mosix, but it uses 10+ shared memory segements, and thus reports monkey as it's cantmove when it is run on my cluster.
