[RELEASE] 2.6.15 - for developer

Hi,

I upgrade quite a bit various oM code.

Now it's the default oM kernel is 2.6.15 and the migration bug is gone.
Plus it's running now quite nicely on top of Xen (I actually debug the
migration bug with it)

It's still missing features for real use. so developer only.
But I'll fix this issue really soon.

both patches apply to 2.6.15,

If you want Xen + oM take [1].
If you just want oM take [2]
